Community.

Our powerlifting program is run through Southwest Strength Club — a team built by and for lifters who want to compete, get stronger, and do it safely. Programming that can be done at any gym.

How it works

Meet your coach

Every lifter starts with an intake session — movement assessment, training history, current numbers, and your competition goals. No program starts without this.

Structured programming

Evidence-based periodization built around your timeline and goals. Squat, bench, deadlift — programmed with purpose, not guesswork.

Competition prep

Peak programming, attempt selection, weigh-in strategy, warm-up timing — your coach handles the full meet-day experience so you can focus on lifting.

Community accountability

The Southwest Strength Club team trains and competes together. PRs get celebrated. Hard blocks get shared. You won't do this alone.

World-level experience.
